I
was born into a Boxer family. My parents
owned an American Canadian Best In Show dog
named Style Setter of Kargot. At an early
age I would rather play with the Boxers than
a lot of the children. When I was eight years
old I showed my first show dog "Lulu" and
I caught the show bug.
I
worked for many handlers and for five years
I worked for Alvin and Ruth Lee, which was
all a great learing experience. I have bred,
owned, and handled many Best In Show dogs
in Canada. I am still very active in breeding
and showing Boxers.
I
try to attend the American Boxer Club National
Specialty every year for which I have shown
many Boxers. My first big win at ABC was
with Am.Can.Ch.Tradonalee's Touch O' Class
where she won Reserve Junior Futurity in
the 1980's. Also noted handling Ch.Shieldmont's
Issues and Answers to Best of Winners at
ABC in 1985 for friends Richard and Chris
Baum.
Some
of my Boxer Highlights were showing our 8
year old, Can.Ch.Wylwin's Cinderella of Tradonalee
DOM to Best of Opposite from the Veteran
classes at the Regoinal cluster shows. "Cindy" was
awarded two more Best of Opposites from the
veterans class.
We
purchased Can.Am.Bda.Ch.Carlon's Classy Catrina
DOM who went on to win several Canadian Best
In Shows. As well as a Best In Show from
the classes to complete her Ameriacn title
and then a Best to complete her Bermuda title.
This is when my parents turned over the breeding
of Tradonalee Boxers to me.
Since
then Can.Ch.Tradonalee's Classic Sensation
completed his Sire of Merit in both Canada
and the United States. Dogs noted of finishing
in the US most recently are Am.Can.Ch.Tradonalee's
Toush O' Class, Am.Cdn.Ch.Tradonalee's Olympic
Spirit, and most recent Am.Can.Ch.Tradonalee's
JaCinda Teohlin.
I
have handled many boxers to their titles
in Canada and the USA from juniors on up.
I have judge many All Breed Puppy Sweepstakes
and American Specialty Grand Sweepstakes.
